Science stores.
ALSO, citric acid can be used to mkae a stuffty airsoft grenade.Pour water into a bottle you don't care about. Pour in BB's also. Then pour some citric acid in and quickly close and shake.

Looks like you're missing something, because from what I see that wouldn't do anything.

Citric acid reacts with water. it causes an explosion. If you don't want to use that, then get a chunk of lithium.

It touches water, lights on fire and explodes. Pink fire wouldn't make any sense. It goes from orange to blue.

I done it in chemistry, well the teacher did it as a demonstration. Burned with a pink flame. Quick search in google images for potassium in water resulted with this:
