Author Topic: Blockland Creepypasta?  (Read 11073 times)

Another thread that gives me a reason to slam my head on the keyboard qjasbhig.

I don't think its possible to make a successful creepy pasta about a sandbox game.

Unless if your talking about Minecraft of coarse.
What about Garry's Mod? :D

"I WAS PLAYING BLOCKLAND EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL SERVER WITH NO POPULATION SUDDNELY BLOOD BLOOD BLOOD HORROR HORROR HORROR DEAD BODY GASPS CLIMAX"
I still think it's the best creepy pasta in this thread.

Heres a Touching story...

... the end

I actually have a true story that I've never told.

One day I was on my server, I had the password set to a random jumble of letters I had slammed against the keyboard. I changed it maybe once or twice to let a couple of BAN members on. Anyways, after they left I decided to get some work done on carrier (long gone) before I hit the sack. I was working on the bridge when I noticed movement on the hull. I checked the player list to see if some random idiot had snuck on while the pass was down, but no luck. I was the only one there. Anyways, I zoom in on the hull and it looks like a mutalid or one of those AI bots was stuck on a cannon. I tried to clear bots but nothing happened. At this point I swear to god it looked at me and went inside the hull. I quickly follow it, wondering what the forget is going on. I eventually found it again on the fighter deck.

To give some perspective, imagine a room with a door on one end, and a launch tube on the other. On the sides of the room there are swarm fighters.

Anyways, I come in through the launch tube (I had left the doors open) and was surprised to see it behind the airlock controls. It hit the lever that closed the door to the fighter bay and I went flying out of the tube, literally. It was strange because I never set any addvelocity or setvelocity events. As soon as my ship began to pass out of view I died. I just died. Even stranger, because I never evented the launch tube to kill me.

After that I never saw this "ghost bot" for another month or so. The last time I saw it was the last time I actively did work on my carrier. Again, random passed server.

I had finished the bridge, and I was moving up towards the cannon array, which was pretty much the last piece of external detail work. As I began to dupe the cannon template I had built on the ground, four grav rockets came down and detonated around me. The explosions killed me. At this point I was determined to figure out what the forget was up, so I respawned, wrenched a bullpup, and jetted up to the airlock. As I opened the airlock I noticed the sound was different. It seemed that EVERY JVS sound on the ship had been changed to the witch_cry .wav. I was on deck 3, the humanities deck when I found it. I quickly emptied half my clip into it, but to no effect. Well, it did cause the little pain particles to spawn, so I guess that counts as something. It just started walking towards me, and I mean WALKING. Like with the C key depressed. I kept firing, reloading, and repeating the whole process. As it came closer and closer, I could hear that goddamn witch_cry.wav again. I don't know about you guys, but if this stuff is going down at 12:30 AM in the morning, it's pretty goddamn scary. Anyways, when it touched me, my game froze up, and eventually crashed. I was finally able to get a good look at it. It was definitely a mutalid, but it was like someone mashed a muta onto a berg and just went with it. Anyways, after it crashed I deleted the save file and decided to spend my time building other things.

And there you have it. I still have a suspicion that one of the cmen cigarettes may have connected and just hid their player from existing on the player list with console or some stuff, but idk.

I actually have a true story that I've never told.

Holy crap that's awesome.

...and suddenly, a skeleton popped out!

short but true creepypasta

I was working on a house in single player, and when I painted the baseplate green, four rockets came at me. I tried to find out what it was, but I couldn't. So I gave the save to a friend and deleted my OWN copy.
