It should give them 3 months or less to pass the citizen-ship to become a full citizen, if they do a crime within the time given or take too long, they're sent away to their country.  If they return they will get arrested, even though they aren't legal citizens.

I think, that jailing them or killing them is stupid, but it's OUR law and they have to respect it. If you want to come to America, then you can pass the tests. It's probably because they're in trouble with their own government, so pay the time for your crime, we're not going to save your ass, just for you to bring some illegal stuff over the border.

Yeah, that's what I mean. But we can't know who's good and who's bad, so we need them to go through the tests. If you ARE some family looking for a better life, then you will be able to pass them.
