Newer maps have draw distances and occluders to prevent rendering of stuff that is on planets unless you are on the planet.

yeah, that's what im talking about.

It's been updated recent and it's the only map i play on.

I would play, and the space build models are fun, but if you try playing singleplayer, it takes an hour to load.

I might try it. I remember when I first got gmod I started playing it, but then singleplayer took forever, so I tossed the mod.
