Windows 7 Home Premium vs. Professional vs. Ultimate

So I'm slowly building up money and choosing parts for a new system (it's looking good so far, I'll probably make a new thread in a week or so about the parts). As far as the OS goes, though, I'm not sure which to pick. Honestly Ultimate doesn't look like it has anything that special, same with Professional. What do you guys think?

I have 7 Ultimate and it's great. Although, I'm not sure of the features that differ from 7 Premium and Ultimate, but I suggest premium since it is a lot cheaper and nearly the same thing.
