I can't retrieve my key

Well, since I changed service providors I can't use my old email to get my old key back, so that makes the key retrieval thing out of the question, so what now? I used verizon.net but I no longer use verizon.

It's your responsibility to keep track of your own key and email.  If you lose one or both it is your problem.
