o:
Assassins Creed <3.
I got Number 1 last year at Christmas, when AC2 came out.
I got No.1 incase AC2 was a sequel in the storyline, and so I understood the game. Luckily I took No.1 first, because AC2 does follow on.
Then, I got AC2 a few weeks before Christmas this year, and my parents got me AC:B for Christmas.
Finished AC:B the other week. Wasn't quite as good as AC2, but it was still pretty brilliant.
The main disappointment was only being able to stay in Rome. I liked being able/having to travel around the country you're in.
The Trainee Assassins were also cool, but I was annoyed that even when freshly recruited off of the streets, they're actually better assassins than you. They're faster, better at killing, slightly more agile, and can always get the drop on an enemy. They only suck when they're new and are caught in a large sword fight.
Anyway, I haven't played AC:B online yet, so if you want to play online, PM me for my XboxLive Details.
I'm a little too embarassed over the unfortunate name I have to say it here. ;(
My brother made a free 1 month account in order to play a demo for half an hour. He used my Non-Live account, gave it a stuffty name, and then when I finally got Live Goldmembership, I'm stuck with this terrible name.
But, yes, send me a message if you're interested.
And to convince your friends, just go on and on about the game, much in the same way they go on about theirs.
If you drag on about how god-like it is, and pretty much brain-wash them into buying the game for them to actually try it, then they should eventually decide to buy it.
God knows that tactic works on me. It's the main reason I actually bought Blockland.
