Get the latest quicktime player. File>New screen/audio/movie recording
You can make the screen recording have sound too. Works brilliant.
Oh wow. I'll try that later, thanks for the tip!

I wish you could turn this into an add-on

I could easily turn this into an add-on, but I can only simplify it so much. There would be no stopping the heaps of comments saying, "this adding sux!!! It doesn't work!!!!" which would require several replies to help them. I guess that goes for most add-ons out there, but still...

EDIT: I tried the QuickTime recording and don't really like it. It only records the whole screen, I can't specify fps, and I can't get audio to record.

Does anyone else have any problems with game lag while recording?

EDIT #2: Added another video using Camtasia. It's only a 30-day trial so it's not really an option as I don't want to spend $100 on it. I have a 2.5 GHz duo processor and 4GB of RAM, but I am still getting choppy videos. Any help or thoughts?

While screen recording, click the white arrow and select a device under "microphones".

Try IShowU. The demo does place a watermark on you're video and you will have to pay for the full program (as for most things), but all in all its a great program.

Regardless, it didn't record fast enough for me. Thanks for the help though.

Now, I set the setting to 30 fps, but it gets pretty really choppy at some parts, and I think it may be due to not enough RAM? (I have 4GB of RAM, so I'm not sure why it's so choppy)

First of all, it's Random Access Memory, and I'm thinking about it. Anyone know a good place to buy 8GB of DDR3 RAM? I saw one for $110 on Newegg.com.
