I recreated my image to look like I'm from some claymation style film.

 The thing is I'm learning how to start painting in Photoshop, it's difficult but I'm slowly getting there. If you've ever seen the Overgrowth video updates you'll find that the team artist posts frequently showing off he concept art. Even though I'm nowhere near his level I started not so long ago.
