Community Ban List

I decided to make this in order to cut down the number of threads complaining about build stealers or spammers and to make it easier for admins to keep their servers clean.

To add someone to the ban list, just post their name, ID (if possible) and proof.
If you think your name was unfairly added privately discuss it with the person who posted about you. Nobody will be added unless proof is given.
