I have a feeling that you wont finish because you are coming out with other add-ons :|

Boats aren't possible (at least not hacky) without using a playermodel.
Also, stop with these threads, you aren't going get anywhere.

Someone made a boat a long time ago.

And it didnt use a player model...i think
