Some topics highlighted in red?

Well, I just logged into the forums and I noticed some boxes where that diamond looking object is in are filled with red. Same thing happening with anyone else? Does that mean if I post in that forum I'll get banned or what?

as of about half an hour ago, you cannot post in those sections if you do not link your forum account with your game key.
