About HataI've played Blockland for four years, since the second week after its release. I used to play RTB 1.045 before Retail Blockland, as we used to call it, came out. I'm a fairly good scripter and pretty thorough with my add-ons; all of my automatic weapons have Steady Aim. I'm also fairly experienced in the building category, and I've looked at good classic DM builds for guidance. My servers consist of either builds I've made myself, or classic builds I've updated with my weapon set and usually a few secret weapons.
Weapon InfoI'm not particularly fond of Gravity Cat's Firearms and their ammo system, but do expect to see the following.
- Sawn-off Shotgun
- P90 Pack
- Ingram Mac 10
- RPG Launcher (unreleased)
- Sniper Rifle
- HE Grenades (I nerfed the explosive radius a bit)
- Chainsaw
- Time Bomb
- EMP Rifle (disables vehicles and dismounts the passengers out)
DM: TanksInspired by Mario Kart Wii, someone built a nice little Tank Arena. I took the liberty of updating the build with 4 secret bases, lag free 64x64 cube walls, and in-Vehicle TDM support. I have yet to add Seige support, but I'll get on that if you guys vote for it.
TDM: AfganistuffOne of Duckster's 3 TDMs, this build revolves around the terrorist vs antiterrorist battle. I'm not completely done with this one, but it has weapon and team spawns. The DM spawns need work.
CTF: 2-Fort 1-Crevice aka Mill vs. FactoryI've put the most work into this one. It's a battle bewteen Mill and Factory workers for control of a crevice. CTF stands for Capture the Flag by the way. To win you can either capture a flag that is located on the second floor of each base. You can't capture their flag if they have yours. Once you've captured three of their flags, you win. Kills are worth 1 point, so if you can get upwards of 100, you only need two flags (300 is the point goal).
TDM: GravityImagine driving around on the walls and sealing, firing Rockets and EMP rounds at your enemies. That's the whole premise of this TDM. Players can shorten the long load by downloading the
TDM Gravity Map.
