I agree pretty much with everything bisjac said.

also that bullstuff about parents having the right to "brainwash" their children pissed me off.

Also, alex is an idiot this entire topic

this is objective. you feel as if they are getting worse. but on who's standards? clearly not society's.

we gain more rights every decade. not just legally, but as we develop.

it basically comes with the evolving of other things. we cant develop socially AND suppress ourselves, it wont work.
humanity is expressing what it has always wanted, but feared. because we are free to when we never were before.
I see where you are going with this, But stuff's bad IMO. I may be a bit more of a conservative, but honestly stuff to me is too stupid. I mean seriously. If every teen had a child right now, all of them would drop out of highschool. They wouldn't be smart enough necessarily to go into the real world and survive. Their child would develop these habits and most likely follow their footsteps. If the youth is full of morons, less and less people will go to college, making the drop outs become the unemployed and homeless because they don't have enough education to get a real job. Most colleges have high expectations of lie a loving 5.00 GPA. If you have a child, you have to miss school and your GPA drops like a bomb in the sky. All of a sudden all your hopes of being what you want to be are in the stuffter because you decided to have a baby. Basically, the youth will be full of morons and humanity will basically deteriorate because we are too stupid to support ourselves. With the stuff economy prices for everything are high. If you don't have a decent job, you won't be able to support your family that you are growing. Eventually your baby will die and eventually you. Of coruse this is just a theory of mine, but its not impossible.

tl;dr: People that have  babies drop out of Highschool and don't go to college because of low GPA's, they get stuffty jobs and can't support their growing families and eventually die.

however teen pregnancy rates are lowest they have been in 15 years (in US anyways i wouldn't know elsewhere)
this can be attributed to education on the topic of love being more widespread. meaning its an open topic in society now.

if you make everything a talk taboo, and instill fear as a tool to block such things; you get pretty much the opposite effect.
the less prude new generation is smarter at it then the wild child 60s teens. or others.

edit;
when you aren't afraid of love. and even wanting it enough to go for it. you are more keen to discussing it with parents/peers/whoever.
that "just suddenly happened" situation isnt as blind as it would have been for the catholic school boy living under a rock.

I see... I have no comeback to this. So I will leave it at this. I don't like when others have love before marriage because I consider it wrong due to the fact most of them are one night stands. I do not approve of Teen love because you are still developing. If you can surpass the urge and make it through your horemone years, then the urge will not be as strong and if you do decide to have a baby, it wouldn't have mental problems or other stuff like that. Long story short, I am straightedge, and always will be. I may Christain, but that doesn't mean jack stuff about what I beleive. I'm not a biblehummper or any other stuff like that due to the fact that I am a non-practicing Christian. Even if I was, I doubt my thoughts on the matter would be changed. I am Straightedge, and I'm loving proud of it. Why? Because I don't need love and drugs to have fun. Why? Because my parents love me

You're an idiot. They do. They loving created you. Brainwashing wasn't even the word. It's something they wanted to do. Of course it's not a guideline but running along and doing that stuff will result in a consequence, which they're trying to teach you.

You are a superiority complex. Fare thee well.

Note: I left the thread alone and let it die, but apparently some starfish bumped it up with another argument.

im similar to you
i might not worship or believe in a god but i do carry certain morals from their practice

this was the same thing they said about music 10 years ago. about movies. about films 70 years ago. about books. about music 100 years ago.
about a girl riding in an automobile. about designers making clothes shorter.

everything has always been to blame.
but we can "thank" evolving society. open mindedness comes with education. and more freedoms give more education.

Are you kidding? I've seen 11 year old girls wearing short skirts just an inch off the vaginal area. I've seen 5th graders talk about banging someone in the loving stalls, which is pure immaturity, i know that for a fact, but moronic. Society has part in the blame.

Society has part in the blame.

well as the highest standard of the ever changing "values"
you have no one to trust but society lol. if everyone is accepting such things, then they are no longer "bad"

think of it what you want, but this is how people have evolved for thousands of years.
skirts to short? not long ago it was disgusting and absurd for a girl to wear slacks. and they blamed society for how these horrible woman were wearing pants lol.

You're being stereotypical now. Not everybody is accepting the change. Some just like to wear whatever the hell they want.

oh and
- 11 year old
- skirt
- vagina

that's way too young to be doing that type of jazz.

that's way too young to be doing that
but by your own words here. you are implying there is an age where wearing super short skirts IS ok.

so if its ok for some people and not others. where are values decided as to age then? certainly not by you if you are against it. but who? because unless there is some majority concerned about it, its not really an issue. and if not majority, then not society.

you see how this works? its social evolution here. you can dislike anything you want, but its a far cry from what is right or wrong.

does pop music = girls wearing short skirts? maybe.
but this does not indicate that wearing short skirts = bad. thus age would be irrelevant.

I never said it was okay to wear it at an older age, but, if the person is wearing it just to be fashionable and not get a god damn richard shoved so far up their vagina that it bleeds, then it's wrong.

TV, Music and other lovey "i wanna put my dik in ur vugna" stuff is influencing kids of that age, and is kind of making some of them perverse. some of the perversion are just hormonal changes.

EDIT:

I'm saying it's bad because mainstream shiz is reaching to younger audiences and causing society to be corrupt.

Alex, on a scale of Paris Hilton to Steven Hawkings you are a tomato.

:D

What is this crap I don't even.

Well, I kinda expected this from Alex.
Same here.
Idiots, idiots everywere.

So what if you have love at a young age? At least have the balls to wear a condom.

i say new gen (younger people) have taken what they want for freedom of expression based on what society currently will allow. (steps forward every decade)
and the media are just whores who pander to THEM as they are the market who have declared what they want.

pretty much opposite of what people claim with the media-evil formula.
