Iv'e found a decent computer which is a Quad Core, 4Gigs of ram and an ATI Radeon graphics card for around 900 dollars, Is it worth it?

Personally, i love ATI, NVIDA on my mum's takes up so much memory all the time, ATI doesn't on this one.
Plus i'm wanting to make good videos in HD quality with decent gameplay, this computer defiantly seems decent enough to handle the processing power.
