What time do you get when you run the mile? I used to suck forget at it.

2008 - 13:00 - 14:00 (Horrible)
2009 - 12:30 - 13:00 (Bad)
2010 - 9:15 - 9:45 (Good)
2011 - 8:30 - 7:00 (Great)

Those are just how I progressed. What were your mile times? Did you get better or worse?

6 minutes, then I passed out.

I passed out when I reached about 6:15. I hate the feeling I get after running. My vision is moving everytime my heart beats, ugh.

8:00 in the real deal.
Ran mine yesterday. I don't try very hard in the practice runs so I don't get tired, so I get 10:00+ in them.



It must be nice to run when you don't have leg defects :c

7:15 last time I did it.


I was never good at running. 5 minutes into running, I instantly get cramps. :c

So far for me in P.E. for me:
8:00 mile run
10 pushups(lol, we were playing dodgeball or something and I got pulled out of the game and I wanted to get back in asap so I just rushed 10)
44 sit ups(timed, one minute)
When sitting down with my legs stretched out on the floor my fingertips are even with my feet when I try to reach


Anaerobic > Aerobic in my opinion. My fastest mile is somewhere around 7:15.


Last time I ran a mile was 2 years ago. I got 7 minutes, something.
I walk/bike to school 3 miles. I can walk to school in 45 min, and bike in 15 min.
This has a giant-ass hill on it, though.
