This idea would never work. Most skilled members don't play anymore / are too lazy to do anything productive and its hard enough to collect enough people to work together on one task anyways.
Also you have a big problem with your list here.
Zombies, Medival Rp, City Rp, TDM, Non-Noob Family Rp, Creeper, Freebuild, Western City Rp, Clan Builds, JailBreak, School Rp, Cruise Rp, Unlimited Mining, Camping Rp, or anything else.
None of those ideas are original, and most of them are not very fun. Blockland needs some members who will sit down to make an
original server. Something nobody has seen/hasn't seen in a while or has not seen done right. What could help this could possibly be an
original mod. I remember when Zombies first came out in v8, tons of servers had them. No, not all of them were good, but members wanted to experiment with zombies. It was a brand new idea and hadn't been done before. Now its boring because its been out forever and nobody knows how to use the mod properly.
I was really hoping that when Keys were made default that there would be tons of servers like Badspot's Treasure hunt, a bunch of fun little adventures. But I still have yet to see these keys used in an original and fun server. (In fact, nobody uses them.. For some reason, a guy released an exact copy 'keycard' mod and everyone uses that...)
We don't need a mass amount of members in one Dedicated server working on some lame minigame. It would just end up the same as all the other servers, only a bunch of people would be to blame rather than one bad host.

ChallengesNo, I do not mean crap like
Nobot's Impossible Challenge. Nobody wants to see another waste-your-time server where you jump in a giant box to complete a ridiculously hard task (which is usually just getting to the other side.)
I mean an original challenge, an adventure, whatever you will call it. Something that uses original ideas, strategy, storytelling and puzzles to make a challenge. Not your ability to jump somewhere or click on something.
New GamemodesWe haven't seen an original game-mode in a while. I honestly can't think of an idea.. but we're in a community of Lego-Building kids, I'm sure SOMEBODY has the creativity to think of something cool.
Really anything that's fresh and new.
TL;DR: A bunch of people working on another unoriginal server doens't fix our "Great Depression". I too have a dream: make something original.
