America was founded by the same people and the say way, or did we forget that along the lines. It was the Australian censorship board, they literally Google trailers/images to judge and rate the game, they don't actually play the game. Yes indeed true, hence why Duke Nukem Forever bypassed the system by naming the game some random letters and numbers for the censorship board.

Germany (and due this Switzerland too) has everything censored as well but I "bypassed" it by, instead of putting my language of steam to german I put it on english.
I don't know what that changes but it worked. Games like TF2 etc. aren't censored for me.
