Children's Tylenol would not be good after surgery due to it being one of the weakest drugs there is.

Whoa, my hands are HUUUUUGE MAAAAAN.

My guess would be something like Ibuprofin or a low intensity frug. Yes it was surger, but it's not major enough to require intense drugs.

They don't use morphine on 12 year old girls.
They have plenty of other drugs to use.
