The major news story on your homeworld was the discovery of an ancient alien mining ship. The marines boarded the ship and were able to somehow restore basic power. It turned out the ship was designed to tear asteroids apart and process the chunks as resource. The only thing keeping it from drifting away was one of the cables, still latched into the asteroid. The military is considering restoring to use as a mining ship.
The asteroid military base is full operational, and gave you another frigate as a reward for expanding your military might!

YOUR CHOICES TODAY
Red: Deploy your entire construction fleet to red planet, and colonize completely in one turn.
Blue: Colonize an already habitable world near your homeworld and restore the mining vessel. This is your only oppurtunity to do so, but you don't lose the actual ship. The military just repurposes it.
Green: Colonize the red planet and start a mining operation on a large asteroid.
