After a warfleet of three frigates entered the verge unknown, they encountered a truly shocking discovery. Aliens. Our people are not alone in this galaxy. Three hazard asteroids have been detected, and are scrambling our communications and radar systems. The alien ships have been detecting charging weapons. So far, the military has put together invasion plans and defense plans, and has even gone so far to bring out our most talented diplomat to defuse the situation.

As you can see, our forces outnumber theirs, but their planet has multiple planetside defense facilities. An invasion may be costly.

In other news, You guys (after I literally forced you to do it) have colonized your first planet. Good loving job.
