IP banned ones couldn't register, and they still might have got passed Badspot with admin activation.

And even if they change their IPs, this limits them to one more chance at most, so if they forget up, they can't get another account anyway.

And it'll work fine until any who do either dont get rebanned or get rebanned, and then the key registration will stop alts from stuffting up the regular forum areas unless they shell out more cash.

I think he is trying to turn over a new leaf.  A quick look at his recent posts show that almost all of them are helpful or positive.  It's definitely a departure from his old behavior.  I think it's pretty nice.

There really isn't any reason to say anything bad about him as of yet.
