Wtf Steam

For some reason Steam thinks I'm currently playing TF2 It's been like this since yesterday.
I've tried loging in and out.

I'll probably try to reinstall Steam later, when I feel like it.

It wasn't in the applications tab.
But I did try ending it in the processes tab.
It didn't work as well.
