Are we having neutral judges/viewers picking by project quality?  I take issue with two factors of this award.


Problem #1:  Uneducated Voting
          Honestly, someone could easily just pick a clan and not know about it, but only because they heard of it.  It just sounds like uneducated voting would be running rampant.  I realize that there would be alot of people who would make a wise decision, but most members aren't all that knowledgeable when it comes to clans.


Problem #2:  Clan Biasing
If someone is in a clan running for the award, or an ally or rival clan, most people will vote accordingly to inter-clan relationships.  Many people are in these clans, and that makes a huge problem.  Most people will therefore ignore or fail to acknowledge another clan’s quality.  Voting by ego much?
