Ok, lets get started. charecter creation should be pretty simple. your charecter submission should look like this:
Name: put your charecters name here. be serious.
Race: your choices are human marine, avatar, or native na`vi
Apperence: this is kind of self explanatory. if you happen not to have the nessacary vocabulary to know what "apperence" means, just leave this topic.
Now on to the complex part.
Your charecter must choose 5 skills from the following charts. you may not have skills designated for other races.(example: a human marine may not have banshee riding, and a na`vi cannot have explosives.)
Na`vi skills: banshee riding, direhorse riding, survival, melee combat, primitive weapons, local knowledge, geology, acrobatics
Human skills: Heavy fireaarms, Light firearms, electronics, explosives, science, vehicular use, aerial vehicular use, medicene
Avatar skills: Science, light firearms, acrobatics, geology, medicene, survival, advanced science
That should complete your charecter. please submit the finished charecter as a reply on this topic.
Additional Information:
The current situation: the human forces on pandora have established their primary base of operations, near a large deposit of unobtainium. other than that, they have very few outposts. the na`vi have rejected the avatar diplomats sent to them, and small skirmishes occour about once every two weeks.
Starting locations:
Na`vi: you awake at the foot of the hometree, and feel fully rested. you are wearing some baisic clothing, and your bow with a quiver of 20 arrows lies nearby. you are approched by a fellow tribe member, who says you are to come hunting with him.
Human: you wake up next to your cot in barracks 56.3, sector7. you are wearing standerd patrol armor, and have a .45 calber assult rifle strapped onto your back. your helmets data feed says that you duties today are to guard a supply convoy headed to oupost 21.
Avatar: you are strapped into the avatar simulator first thing in the morning. you awake in your avatar body, and grab your gear. it consits of a small backpack containing food and water, a first aid kit, a .38 semiautomatic marine pistol, and a communications headset. the clipboard by the door says that you will be headed out with doctor steinberg to collect samples of local fauna and flora, with a team of other avatars.
