no you more or less just need to be able to identify problems well and/or host good servers where other people could do it for you and provide other feedback

I can do that, i'm on blockland a lot now and days making preps for v21. I've got quite a few maps that can use these weps.

He's actually doing things and constantly updating them. He's just not releasing an unfinished weapons pack and he didn't finish it yet because he's also busy with other things.
Also he's constantly hosting a server with it enabled.
