Also, Dragon-skin?

Could be armor that protects from rifle rounds, and partially protects from explosives and 50cal, but slows the wearer down.

For civilian weapons, you could use a old musket (derp), and a Smith & Wesson .38. Molotov?
Dragon skin is very light weight dumbass. And I already have how it is going to work planned out. Dragon skin cannot protect you from fifties.

Lol, that's smoothshading with smoothing groups.
Stuff looks so nice IMO when you do that.
Gives more detail, makes it look like a rounded flatshade.

If there were just 3 types of armor to choose, I would pick be Flak Jacket, Police and Army.

It's not. It has selective fire and semi-auto variants, as far as I know anyways. Regardless, it makes for some good balancing for the battle rifles (tier 1: semi auto; 20 rd, tier 2 full auto; 20 rd, tier 3 full auto, 25 round)
