BiT has not been connected to AoB since before AoB closed for 2010. I don't know why people still think it's part of AoB. I am no longer in control of it, so let's keep this on-topic please. If anything is happening with BiT, you won't see it here. So to answer your question, BiT members are not eligible to transfer to AoB. Sorry. =P
