This show was meant for young girls and parents alike to watch.  They made this show so both parent(s) and young child will spend some time together and let the parents enjoy the show at the same time.

This also led to other grown people to watch a show like this.  I don't get how this may be bothering you, but apparently people enjoy the show.  If you don't like it, just ignore it.
