I'm working on something that just MIGHT require me to actually read the Cupcakes fanfic (hint: it's the first Halloween episode for my webtoon). So, before I read, someone please tell me if it is enough to cause someone who absolutely LOVES "Repo! The Genetic Opera" any lasting mental or emotional trauma.

Because the clip I posted fits the context of the question.  I am trying to prepare myself to read the most gruesome and disturbing MLP fanfic on the internet, and I need to know (based on the content of the most graphic scene of one of my favorite movies) if it will scar me for life.  Also, here's a better clip:
