Don't know yet.  Haven't really started working on it yet.  The most I've done is made vectors of Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash, which will be used for animation purposes.  We don't even have the first episode of the webtoon done, so it'll probably be a while before I can give out any info on episode lengths.

Not right now.  I'm currently just working on the toon with my brother, and we're still just brainstorming ideas.   So far, we've decided that the earlier episodes will be 30 second bits of exposition in the form of Skype calls and AIM chats.  Those will introduce the two main characters of the series, as well as hinting at events that will take place when the series kicks off (when the main characters move from Cloudsdale to Ponyville, and something actually happens).  Apart from that, we don't really have anything.
