I did some detective work, found her twitter, used it to find her blockland ID.

Her twitter account which is no doubt hers yields that she is infact a worker at a Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Her name matches up with her blockland ID, so yeah. She's intentionally typing in an unintelligent fashion and being stupid.
