I'm quite interested. The iPad original wasn't in my interest-- lack of cameras and little emphasis on productivity was a total deal breaker. But I did send a request to Apple in a consumer feedback thing saying I'd like to see iLife (iMovie, Garageband) and more emphasis on productivity, and now they have. Guess I wasn't the only one who requested it.

I'm quite interested in having one for work and play. Something cool about having a little digital slate to hold my digital life and work on. Loving the remote desktop apps too. Improved CPU and graphics is a definite temptation here.

I agree with you. The first iPad in my opinion wasn't that tempting to buy or interesting to me. It was only an oversized iPod touch. But the iPad 2 seems to have more of the "computer" side to it, with more computer based applications and processing power.

Thats a silly definition, although I agree there needs to be a more simplified way for data transfer.

Imo main reason there isn't a usb is 1. To keep it as slim as possible
2. Would make it so that the iPad would be a little more open to the general user.. which we all know apple is against.
