Author Topic: Paint.net woes  (Read 1372 times)

SO about a week ago, I tried to install Paint.NET for art and making adventures.

It said it had to install some "Client Profile Framework" thing. I let it do its thing.

Now at 17%, the installation stop, says something about restarting installation, and then the installation menu closes. No error report, no nothing.

Ive tried re-downloading the installer, updating all my .NET software and framework, and asking for help on the Paint.NET forums.

So what should I do?

Man, you have lots of program-related problems.  :cookieMonster:

is your system compatible

Install GIMP. c:

forget off

Try running the installer as administrator, try running in compatability mode or w/e

Install GIMP. c:
This

It does not require the framework thing and it has as much features that photoshop does.
But not all.

forget off

Wow that was quite unnecessary, it's a good idea if he still can't get it to work.

Try to download it from another website like cnet

Install GIMP. c:
I raise my placard in favor of this motion.

Motion passed.

"I don't like this person for using a softwarel! Let me shout out another software that he didn't want or mention! Doing so will make me feel better but it won't benefit me at all!"

This

But not all.
