The Adventure RP will be hosted by Funnelcakes.

So yes, this will be an adventure RP. Roleplaying like never befforee

Only this time, you will build the world with my help! I really think this could be a good thing, as not many servers rely on good wholesome fun anymore.

But anyways, I am hosting on March 12th and I need to get my stuff together and figure out how the server is going to be made.

The server will be up around noon central time.


Server information:
Map is skylands
12 players
None of that "Baseplate = notspam" bullstuff
It will use Trueno's colorset

Energy Events

Sit event (For chairs)
Zone events and bricks.
Admin Shields (For some class)

Rules:
Don't be stupid (Lists under spamming chat or bricks and being a general idiot)
Insulting an admin for no reason =/= instant ban. If an admin feels offended, they should grow a pair.
I will not give everybody admin.

And it's only RP because that's what it's called when you explore with friends through a cave and pretend to be an ancient adventurer who is looking for a lost jewel famed to be able to revive any man with a pure heart.

And I only am boasting about the future server because I want it to be fun and I want a lot of people to have fun in my server :D

Although, a search for such a jewel would be fruitless, as no man is entirely pure hearted.

ALTERNATE IDEA:

we could make smaller 'stages' of a large interweaved world (probably like a moment in time: the maybe like, the 'limbo' when blockland wasn't quite as free as it is now, plagued with monsters 'n stuff, when matter couldn't just be randomly created out of thin air and actually had to be moved from place to place) that cut out the annoying filler of the story and just fill in backstory up until the actual 'adventure' with a nice clean wall of text. then, the DM can take manual control over things in the 'stage' and cause the story to unfold by coaxing the adventurers forward

basically like dungeon and dragons, but with less nerdism and a bit more action. the stuff is fun because of the storyline, not precisely because of the gameplay.

What I had and am still working on is a story that is shaped by player's roles in RP and fighting elements. For example, the ending of a TDM match will determine what happens next in the story. It sounds pretty generic but it was really cool when people stopped fighting due to "divine intervention" by a giant bird who attacked them all, and then explained how he wasn't such a bad guy since he stopped the fighting.

So are you asking us to build with you?

I'm asking you to help build a world with me so we can adventure in it!
