Well, I live in this stuffhole of a country called Romania somewhere in the middle of nowhere and I can't use card payments. I can gather 20 dollars easily and even get 20 in actual dollars from a bank but I can't pay with them overseas.

I heard about this money order thing that I googled up and nothing came up.

Does anybody care to explain?

or Amazon payments if that's still an option or is it any card payment

I can't use cards or bank accounts or any sort of virtual payment method. All I want to know is how do I pay using money orders.


And btw, I'm not that stupid. My father spent 20 years in england and I know English almost perfectly.
