Recently I was on a server and a long time friend of mine who's name I will keep confidential asked me to make this topic.
This person has been perma banned for over 3 years ago. The original ban was something along the lines of recopying a quote multiple times. I do not know exact details. Anyway, he noticed that Iban, a previously banned member, was able to register a new account due to the key verification. Despite blatantly being a banned member, Iban has been allowed to remain a member of the forums due to the fact that he actively contributes and causes no problems. I've also seen this with other members.
This member has told me he realized what he did wrong since his perma ban and he just wants to register again and become a positive contributor to the forums again. Though he does not want to make a new account if he knows it will not be allowed.
So my question to you Badspot and others, since this member was perma banned over 3 years ago and only wants to come back to contribute to the forums would he be allowed to have a second chance?
