No. I came to your server and asked you for the mod. Heck, I remember you saying:

So I made a thread about it on RTB, then someone emailed me the mod. Haha, I have the mod.

EDIT: I may not have it anymore, but that's fine, because someone released a CityRP mod close to Jookias.

I forgot to mention, when I first hosted a working server, Jookia joined but left because I got too excited that he joined.

He can make a new account without getting in trouble. The thing is, if it's known he was perma-banned it'll be much easier to justify another banning. If he causes no problems, he'll be fine.
