I know there's another thread. Please don't flame me for this

Woopsies forgot to write everything. Anyway.

I always wondered why british people put milk in their tea. I tried using fat milk, fat-free milk and skimmed milk but it always curdles up at the top. Even when I remove the curdles it still tastes like cheese. Why?

I don't know what the forget is wrong with your tea and/or milk, but I never have had this problem.

Granted, I drink my body weight in Coke Zero every week and rarely drink tea.

What kind of tea do you use? Regardless, you have to give it time to brew before you put milk in and a bit of time to cool down. Milk curdles when heated, so that may be your issue.

I use normal tea.

But I still drink mint tea every now and then when I run out of soda.

Heat? I never thought that was the problem. Hold on, i'll go for lower temperature.

maybe heat up the milk a bit before pouring it in?

Holy balls. This tastes nothing like tea and nothing like coffee or milk.

It's pretty good :O
