To be honest, it seems like you are provoking Green-Blockhead here, while also getting yourselves worked up on nothing. :/
I haven't seen him doing anything that is extraordinarily stupid, besides coming back. Anyway, community policing does not work on this forum and there weren't too many people who got banned because the vox populi said so.
