Randomly one day after my PC froze, EVERY time my server is started, ping is ---.

I have the highest internet the cable company offers, it is not my internet speed.
Does PC speed affect ping so much to cause this?

How can i fix this.

Interestingly I can't host either, or at least people that tried can't connect to my server
I've had 12/12 before and never port forwarded.

Is processor speed the sole reason to this?
or is it something else.

Same thing here.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Try changing you're ports to 29000,
so if that helps.

In-game under advanced config.

I have to put mine at 28000 or 25000 though.
