No, I mean I'm wanting to try this because it sounds interesting but I'm still not quite sure. I've read the whole topic, noticed that "scary" things will happen. I'm the paranoid type, personally, and sometimes I think something is going to happen, hear noises that aren't there, was wondering if this would affect my dreams at all.

If I set an alarm on my phone for 3 AM and make it ring once, will it make it easy to do a WILD?

I'm pretty sure that that would be a DEILD (Dream Exit Initiated). WILD is when you initially go to bed.

Correct me if I am wrong, though.

I want to meet my dream guide. A dream guide is a DC which acts differently, and shows you around the dream world. They can not be destroyed. They know what you are thinking of.

which they woke from. The DEILD method allows you to continue dreaming from where
you left off, and almost always provides a strong amount of lucidity. It fits into the WILD
category.
