I don't remember where this picture came from or how I got it but is there a such unreleased add on for it? Does anyone know where this could had came from, possibly a working in progress mod or something from a movie?

It seems very animated, a bit too much for something like a player type. I'd assume it's for a movie- or some sort of un-finished project.

Still, that is just speculation. I'd like to know more.

The graphics are too bad for it to be an animation i believe thats a playertype.

I'm fairly sure that it's just a model and not a mod. It doesn't actually function, it was just plopped into a map with mission editor or something.
