Learn French instead of using Google.

I'm amazed how many people would rather take French just to seem cool rather than expand your own career field by taking Spanish.

Dude why do you think everyone wants to take French, it's mandatory for the first few years here.

I'd take German but since not enough people chose it, the course takes place after class, and since it's taught by some old guy in his time, you pretty much get most basic German language shoveled in you all at once.

Pro tip: don't use Google Translator, especially for full sentences. If there are one or two words you need to translate, then that's fine, but if there are more than that, use a French-English dictionary. Additionally, feel free to ask me for help if you need it, I've been taking French classes for about 10 years now.
