...Everyone attending is at least 16 years old, it's a high school. I myself am 17.
Also, Counter-Strike: Source is awesome for LAN type events like this. Even if your school's interwebs are stuffty I guarantee you have a decent network connection locally there. Also, CS:S downloads and runs fast, even on pretty stuffty computers which your school most likely has.
2 points for you, our Internet is stuffty and so are our computers. But that's not what we'll be using to play CS:S, and I'm pretty sure I'll be either the only or one of the few people there with a laptop.
EDIT: I'll most likely just be doing single player with bot teammates/enemies, unless someone else there has CS:S.
