Help me remember a old show?

I remember watching this cartoon about a fat, short blonde kid in Minnesota He wasn't from Michigan, he just went there on a trip once. He was whining about how hungry he was or some stuff. I think he had a brother too. They had episodes about cheese and stuff like that.

Oh and the kid really liked doughnuts.

Oh and I remember they had a contest in one episode to find a golden cheese or something.

Turns out the cheese wasn't actually gold or whatever, it was fine-grade cheddar native to the area the show happened in.
