I honestly doubt he will, to tell you the truth. He never releases his cool stuff, like the really cool stuff.

When I asked on his server a few months ago, his flamethrower was still more or less the original with a new model, and said he had no plans to Tier-Tac 2 it. Then again, that was a month or two ago.
