I don't know if I said this already but I have no interest in donating to Japan. They're a first world country and they can take care of themselves. That being said, I wouldn't want to donate to a third world country either because I plain don't care.

Due to damage to the nuclear power plants throughout Japan, They are worried about a Japanese Chernobyl.
If you don't know what happened there, I shall explain. In Chernobyl, Kazahkstan *Or something*, had LOCA's in some (Or one) power plant (Loss Of Coolant Accident) causing alot of radiation. People trapped in the area we're being rescued by the Chernobyl fire department, Instead of everyone coming out fine... They melted. Hope that does not happen to the Japanese. It also almost happened in Pencilvania (Or something) in the US.
