The chimney is not that good. The roof for the house is a bit oversized. The outhouse looks kinda spammy. That's pretty much it. :I

That's just the overall design. Are you talking about the interior?

It doesn't have to be medieval. Anything below 1920 will do. Jirue did a pirate theme.

Anyways my answer is no, you can build a lot better than that.
