[AS] is Aeschylus Servers, basically just servers hosting in my clan name, in other words '[AS] Servername'. The servers I host are ParadiseRPs, Freebuilds, and occasionally TDMs if I get bored and want to build.

You have misinterpreted the rule so this isn't an exception. He isn't advertising his forum, he's advertising his website that has a forum on it. There's a difference.
